Welcome to Ufone Busuu, a digital language-learning platform designed to help you improve your skills conveniently and effectively. By registering for or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may discontinue use at any time.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, forming a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Busuu, in partnership with Ufone (“we”, “our”, “us”).
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect improvements or regulatory requirements. Material updates will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
To access Busuu, register using a valid mobile number or email address.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You agree to use it only for lawful and personal purposes. You are responsible for all content (“User Content”) you upload and must ensure compliance with our Usage Policy and local regulations.
You retain ownership of your content but grant Busuu and its partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for providing and improving the Service. All Busuu names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of Busuu. Unauthorized copying or modification is not permitted.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We welcome your suggestions and feedback to improve our services. By sharing feedback, you allow Busuu to use it freely without obligation or compensation.
You may deactivate your account anytime through the app or by contacting customercare@switch.com.pk We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or unpaid dues. Upon termination, access and data may be permanently removed per our data retention policy.
Busuu provides the Service “as is.” While we strive for reliable performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Neither Busuu nor Ufone shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably between the User and Busuu/Ufone.
